In The Exchange with KB, host Kirill Bensonoff continues his series of interviews with today’s top innovators and business leaders to know. In this latest episode, KB is joined by David Friedman, co-founder of Knox Financial.
David Friedman founded Boston Logic (now Propertybase) in 2004, grew it into one of the largest software providers to real estate brokers, and sold it in 2016. Under Dave’s leadership, Boston Logic sold software to brokerages around the US and served tens of thousands of realtors. He recently co-founded Knox Financial, which is changing the way homeowners build wealth by making it easy to turn a home into an income property. This spring, Knox raised $1.4M, launched a pilot in Boston, and began accepting units onto the platform.
